I know, I know...

I was driving home from work yesterday (after the worst week in history) and realised that I forgot my Happy Friday Post.
It was probably for the best as I had no happiness to share... However after a great night out with far too many espresso martinis and a hint of karaoke, I'm back.

Sunny Days

The sunny days are slowly subsiding over this side of the universe, however our fabulous Melbourne is certainly not going down without a fight.

Josh Goot- Floral king on a bad day.. has totally outdone himself with his oversized digital winter florals in his AW12 collection. He has captured all the necessary winter hues and made them feel like spring time.

But.... It gets better. My friend sent me this page yesterday and when I opened my email to see this array of amazing-ness I totally lost my sh&t!

These prints, these colours, the colour clashes that should be so wrong but are looking so, so right.

Mr Goot... All I can say is WOW!

On my side of the world it's Chelsea Flower Show time again.

In the same way everyone is fascinated by someone who can knit or a crazy fancy dog show or even a professional darts comp (my personal fav)... it's an event that holds a certain allure. Festival de Cannes 2012

As usual the Cannes Film Festival has brought out some of this years best gowns. Natasha Poly in Gucci gets my vote as best dressed... However Erin Wasson, does what Erin does best in making her Antonio Beradi high low number look so completely effortless.
Eva Herzigova, who is always one of my faves (yes, the face that she was married to Tico Tores- Bon Jovi's drummer, has something to do with this) looks sleeker than sleek in Dolce and Gabbana long sleeved extravaganza.
