In Rio They Dance In This Heat

Today was another day that was FAR to hot for me. A brunch and a garage sale (were I scored an amazing perforated leather jacket for a single lonely dollar!) was enough to finish me off and send me straight to the pub for an afternoon cider.

All this got me thinking, how do they survive in places where there is heat and they seriously like to party? It seem that the only way to go is totally OTT.

The people in Rio know how to do it...
