Visual Excess - Etro

I have had no internet connection for the last 48 hours and my world almost crumbled. Funny how the WWW has sneakily come to dominate my life. I'm not complaining... god forbid!

After D's Vatican post, I can't help but see Sistine ceilings and Baroque's OTT excess everywhere. I totally jumped when I saw these fabulous collages by Nikolay Biryukov in Interview Russia. With it's visual excess, 70's cuts and surreal angles, these images take everything that we love about Etro and mushes it into one extraordinary fashion world.
